COACH GLEN

My name is Glen, and for the past 8 years, I have had a second chance at life.

In 2017, I was diagnosed with a heart condition (Atrial Fibrillation) which almost cut my life short, I was also the heaviest that I have ever been, weighing in at 18 stone and very inactive. The doctors said that I wouldn’t be able to do more than a light jog again in my life, and that is where a fire lit inside me, a fire to show them and the world what I was capable of. This is where my passion for health and fitness grew and saved me from an unfulfilling life.

In 2021, I became a personal trainer and shifted my life to help others embrace health and fitness as a force for good and to help them to build a better life for themselves.

Now I want to help YOU, to help create a better and more fulfilling life for you, whatever that may look like.

Coach Rob brings energy, experience, and a passion for helping people get stronger, fitter, and more confident.

With his background in Tirathlons, Iron man events and Brazilian jiu jitsu, among other sports, he brings a wide range of skill and talent to the team at LEVELS-FITNESS, so no matter what your goals, he has the expertise to help.
