At LEVELS-FITNESS, we’re proud to be Cranbrook’s leading small group personal training gym—but what matters most to us is how you feel when you walk through our doors.

Because we know starting (or restarting) your fitness journey can feel overwhelming. You might be short on time, lacking confidence, or unsure where to begin. That’s exactly why we’ve created something different.

We offer personalised training and nutrition coaching in a friendly, supportive environment where you’re never just another number. Here, you’ll be guided, encouraged, and supported every step of the way—by coaches who genuinely care about your progress.

What makes us different?

Everything we do is built around you.

Our small group sessions (capped at just 6 people) are designed to give you the perfect balance of personal coaching and a motivating group atmosphere. Whether it’s Functional Fitness or Aerobic Conditioning, every session is structured to help you build strength, improve fitness, and feel better in your body—at your own pace.

We also limit our total membership to just 50 people. Why? Because you deserve more than a crowded gym floor and a generic plan. You deserve real attention, real coaching, and real results.

Most importantly, we’re here to help you create a routine you actually enjoy—so you can stay consistent, feel stronger, and build confidence that lasts.

LEVELS-FITNESS was created off the back of a dream, a dream to show how focusing on your own health and fitness can drastically improve your life, a reflection on Glens story.
This combined with a community of incredible individuals is what’s going to result in your life-changing progress.

Sign up for our 21 day challenge at just £97, and see the progress begin to take shape. In this stage we want to focus on enjoying every single session and making sure that you make the progress that YOU want to see.

step 3:

See the difference 21 days can make on your body and mind, all you need to do to start seeing that progress is turn up and adopt a can-do attitude!

WHERE ARE WE BASED?

We are based in the lynx park business centre, Colliers Green, Cranbrook, TN17 2LR and we are in Unit 1

  • You don’t have to be fit to join, this is a judgement free zone and a place where you can work on your health and fitness, whilst being supported by your fellow members/coaches rather than being judged by them.

  • You can check our timetable HERE to see what sessions are available and at what times.
    These sessions are subject to change due to availability and demand.

  • Of course it is! Levels-fitness is available to all abilities, no matter if you’re brand new to the gym or an experienced gym-goer. Each session is adaptable to the individual.

  • Open gym is available to all members and the times available for open gym are shown HERE

  • As a member of levels-fitness, you will gain access to the following services:
    - 3 small group PT sessions per week
    - Open gym during times available
    - Nutrition guidance/advice
    - Dedicated support from your personal coach
    - Supportive and friendly community

  • Here at levels-fitness, we focus on a full, functional fitness approach.

    This means that we work through strength/conditioning, using different methods of training, so that you get the best results from each of our sessions.

    We also have specialist classes, for those individuals who want to learn more or want to try something different. These range from Hyrox, to gymnastics, and even Olympic weightlifting.
